== Overview ==
Another world lost in the terrors of the [[First Poxwar]], Boros was originally a feudal mining world subject to a invasion that took advantage of the [[Crimson Hammer's]] regroup to the [[Shield of Absolution]]. Without the marine defenders, the PDF and Guard regiments were unable to stymie the fetid flow of filth the [[Rotbelchers]] brought, and it fell to the newly renamed Bulwark to cleanse the world of taint through a concentrated salvo of plate-cracker munitions. Today the world stands alone in an isolated system, completely abandoned after the 5th listening post crew went missing. Pirates occasionally hide in the system, but not for long as it's well known lingering in Boros can often turn into a permanent stay.
