	The sight of an ongoing resettlement effort by the Imperium, Caliphornus has a troubled history only matched by its bountiful harvests. The most recent incident was an outbreak of the plague of unbelief, modified to include outwardly healthy individuals who had pledged themselves to the plague god and broke quarantine to further the infection. Guard regiments sent to contain the outbreak were quickly defeated or subverted, with only a joint Inquisitorial and [[Crimson Bulwark\|Bulwark]] purge freeing the planet from the clutches of Chaos.
