Overview

Classed as a forbidden world on Imperial maps, the only Imperial institution to have any information on Mekkadakkastan is the Ordos Xenos, and even their intelligence is sparse and third hand. Mekkadakkastan was the closest ork world to Gorkanmorkan, thus when the Khornate counter-invasion led by the Bloodpath flew through the portal they set their aim on Mekkadakkastan. The forces of Khorne made significant progress in their invasion of the world, though the worthy fight continued to heat up more and more Orks appeared to get their fill of action. The Bloodpath succeeded in summoning daemons of Khorne and corrupting the world to be subservient to Chaos, though this only served to attract more orks. This fight has continued for decades, with daemons continuing to materialize and orks continuing to arrive, both pushing and being pushed in a deadlock. The Bloodpath occasionally receives reinforcements when Chaos pushes the Orks back through the portal, only to be cut off again when the WAAAGH!!! surges. If or when the Imperium discovers this during the re-conquest of Arkamedes, they will have to assuredly content with a tainted world so utterly seeped in Chaos that even traditional Exterminatus weaponry may struggle to cleanse it.
