Overview

A forested humid and mostly temperate world, Padera was the home to a langley blue skinned, low technology tribal xenos race that was quickly purged when the world was rediscovered by the Imperium of Man. Mechanicus Magos setup atmospheric reprocessing to create a more breathable atmosphere, building the giant complexes in the stumps of the great trees that were venerated by the Xenos race. Colonists were quickly sent to the new world to assist in preparation for the future reclassification as a mining world, though the native fauna and flora have proven a tad more resistant than initial estimates suggested. Nonetheless, Padera has begun providing a mineral and manpower tithe, and though small in number the Paderan Xenoskinner Regiments have garnered attention for their effective actions against xenos, though their habits of skinning most xenos they fight has irked other regiments.
