Overview

A resettled world, Sprague was the bureaucratic center of Kalibras before the Phobox Anomaly disrupted communication in the subsector. Faced with cargo holds full of paperwork and no method with which to verify them, the Administratum Adepts failed to follow Procedure 5829Z-Proper Continuation of Duties During Involuntary Empyric Isolation and/or Quarantine///Proper Filing of Estate Flower Petal Tax, and instead in desperation, fell to Tzeetchian influence. Following Adept Aenold's instructions, the Adepts sacrificed petitioners until they received confirmation from the Warp whether a form had received proper authorization. Adept Aenold was rewarded by Tzeetch for creating a literal hellish bureaucracy and sacrificing over five million lives in the name of paperwork. The Imperium eventually reestablished contact and discerned that the world had fallen to heresy, though by the time the world was cleansed Adept Aenold was nowhere to be found. Sprague was deemed free of taint after the purges, and resettlement efforts using the refugee fleets orbiting Wealf were launched. Sprague has not fully recovered its former heights, though the rule of law is strong for a frontier world and reclassification is expected to occur in the future. There are rumors of some tainted records and cults in the dark recesses of record vaults, though if any exist they are well hidden from the watchful eye of the Ecclesiarchy.
