Overview

One of the first worlds on the other side of the Specelo Passage, Lipitum is officially forbidden to loyal subjects of the Imperium, but this is loosely enforced owing to the lack of law past Tyutho. For those not bound to Imperial laws, Lipitum is a barely civilized world that hosts a plethora of settlers, traders, pirates, and others loosely banded together. A dry, dusty world, Lipitum's position as a port for those who can't find refuge at Tyutho mostly keeps the planet safe from more serious threats, and the planetary Liege loosely keeps the world from veering into outright heresy. Imperial traders occasionally travel here to make a quick Throne, though they must forge their stellar logs for any subject of the Imperium whose known to have visited Lipitum is at best subject to arrest and seizure of assets, and at worst subject to enhanced interrogation by the Inquisition to learn the latest developments in the Kalibras New Worlds. The closest thing to a planetary governor, the Liege rules from the Forbidden Palace found in the largest town, Settler's Folly.
