Overview

The only Cemetery world in Confedus, Sepulcher of the Baptized is split into two different sections, the ornate mausoleums and resting places of Imperial heroes, soldiers, nobles, and Inquisitors, and the mass simplistic graves for those on Rheeds who cannot be saved in its massive hospital hives. Ecclesiarchy records of baptism and conduct becoming of a righteous individual, or wealth, are requirements to be interned in the Sepulcher of the Baptized, and although most corpses of the subsector are incinerated or repurposed into corpsestarch, the tiny percentage of individuals worthy or wealthy enough to rest on this world is still a significant number, enough to coat the world and lead to massive catacombs and tiered mausoleums. It is a quiet place, with the only permanent inhabitants being the groundskeeper armies and servitor maintenance units.
