Overview
A resource world locked in orbit with the dead remains of the pleasure world Copacabanis Primus, Copacabanis Secondus serves as a reliable if not particularly special mining world. Secondus originally existed to provide the pleasure world of Copacabanis Primus with the dearth of materials and energy needed to run planet-wide spas and mineral pools, but Primus suffered a particularly nasty plague that accompanied a planetary rebellion instigated by the cults of Nurgle, culminating in out of control fires and massive waves of death. Copacabanis Primus is more aptly put an abandoned planet, for while the atmosphere could support life, it is saturated with disease and dangerous chemicals that were deployed in an effort to stymie the tide, coating the world in poisonous clouds. Copacabanis Secondus merely shifted production and now supplies the Imperium with more resources, with charter captains avoiding the warning beacons placed around Primus.
