Overview
A civilized Imperial world that would unremarkable save for the societal obsession with Oblectamenti Parcum, six large complexes that are themed around a flag of an Imperial institution. These parcum are filled with a myriad of amusements themed after the institution flag they fly, with genetically engineered mutants wearing themed costumes that serve as a walking amusement for visitors to shoot, stab, or burn (to their preference). Ondorkhan's mutants, while officially classed as the abhuman Ondorterque, have occasionally gained enough sentience to revolt, with the Ecclesiarchy themed Sixth Flag over Ondorkhan being purged by Ecclesiastical priests and Sisters of Battle, to the confusion of some (also later purged) attendants who believed they were witnessing a show. Ondorkhan outputs a healthy amount of genetically engineered crops and other elements to the tithe, but it is the subsector nobles who seek any novel entertainment that prevent Ondorkhan's cleansing and resettlement.
