Overview

A minor forge world, Manifel Secondus is the smaller of two linked worlds closely orbiting in the Russa system.

Manifel Primus and Production

Locked in a tight orbit, Manifel Primus and Secondus swirl around each other though they're in a synchronized orbit that allows Manifel Secondus an equal day-night cycle. Manifel Secondus's forges and manufactorum are fueled by the resources of Confedus, but also by Manifel Primus through a massive dark age of technology space elevator that connects the two, held together and kept from shearing as the worlds turn by ancient and mysterious archeotech. This elevator allows massive amounts of raw materials to be moved from Manifel Primus to Secondus, and it is constantly ferrying cargo trains back and forth.

Only Manifel Secondus has a breathable atmosphere however, with the void encompassing Manifel Primus and all mining operations either performed in sealed bases and tunnels or by void-proofed servitors. Manifel Secondus is responsible for a significant portion of Eternum's manufactured goods, from Leman Russ battle tanks to Secondus pattern lasguns or plasma guns. Manifel Secondus's true output however, are servitors. Fed a constant supply of convicts from Confedus's hives and penal worlds, unemployed or non-productive civilians from those same worlds or the lower class of Manifel Secondus itself, and individuals from nearby Slavut or Reff who fail to meet the harsh quotas set by the fabricator consul Bexar-Theta. Manifel Secondus is technically independent from the sector's preeminent forge world, Filimars, though in practice the fabricator consul follows the directives of the Fabricator Eternas of Filimars, as both ancient agreements where Filimars landed aid and the reality that Filimars is far more important to the Imperium in Eternum ensure they don't stand alone or independent.
