Overview

A pleasantly warm world dotted with islands forming archipelagos, Carriboet is a pleasure world that is a popular destination for the sector's nobility and even the occasional middle class families that save up enough Thrones. Carriboet possesses an idyllic temperate climate, with large sandy and pristine beaches, clean streets, a well developed luxury transportation system, scores of casinos and high end restaurants, along with any other luxury a vacationer could want. Those who can afford it are treated to a pollution free, safe, clean, and enjoyable experience, with the only limit is their wallet. This luxury comes at a cost, and the vacations of the well off are built off the toil of countless menials and adepts who work to maintain the spotless facilities in the massive underground tunnel complexes under the archipelagos that allow them to move themselves, trash, and whatever else the patrons need or discard out of sight. The planetary defense force is used to maintain this network, and patrols frequently for any workers not constantly toiling. These workers are either born and raised in one of the large under undercities that are hidden under the paradise, prisoners from other worlds that haven't quite warranted being sent to Teblink (or more commonly, have skills useful to the planet), or unlucky individuals who ran out of money in the casinos or before they left the planet (as the cost to leave is just as astronomical as the cost to arrive). Malfeasance is met with being sentenced to Teblink, as such the undercitizens generally stay in line. The planet has gone untouched by war, but does contribute a small amount to the Imperial Guard in the form of the Carriboet Toxos Regiments.
