Overview

Once a prosperous Industrial World, Hutsi was the site of the ill fated Ganoo expedition led by the Tech-Priests of Stotgurt that would eventually result in its current classification as forbidden. Hutsi was the location of several upheavals during the Dark Age of Technology, with the cities destroyed and rebuilt many times, leaving many ancient repositories of knowledge hidden under manufactorums and service tunnels. Stotgurt hoped to find the rumored STC fragments that lay hidden in the dark under cities of Hutsi, and with a large contingent of skittarii the expedition led by Magos Torvald Ganoo XXA began exploring the long lost ruins. The expedition pressed on through rogue servitors, abominable intelligence combat robots, and the dangers of tunnels long left unmaintained, suffering casualties but eventually finding a significant STC fragment. Ganoo and the rest of the Tech-Priests that accompanied him were so surprised and ecstatic of such a discovery that they quickly returned to the central manufactorum of Hutsi to begin deciphering the relic and, in the manner common to Stotgurt, ignored several rites of appeasement and techsorcism. The results, unfortunately for Hutsi's population, were predictable. The STC fragment had long harbored a daemon and its infected scrapcode began propagating through the noosphere, subverting the manufactorums and servitors of the world en masse. Corrupted combat servitors began pouring out of production lines, as defensive turrets turned on all nearby, and the industrial world erupted in a slaughter. The PDF was taken completely by surprised, with their vehicles turning on them and any survivors quickly overwhelmed by the masses of scrapcode infested servitors. The Ordo Hereticus joined Filimars in responding to the outbreak, and at Filimars recommendation the Inquisition declared exterminatus against the once peaceful world, obliterating it as quickly as the tech-daemon had subverted it. Not wanting to risk such dangerous scrap code from escaping, Hutsi was classified a forbidden world, with defensive platforms and warning beacons serving as a deterrent from any would be explorers or settlers.
